Taylor Dome, who got engaged to "Twilight Saga" actor Taylor Lautner in 2021, revealed that she had a crush on another actor from the hit franchise her fiance starred in.
Dome shared a video Thursday on Instagram of herself with a background voiceover, "Show your childhood crush and then the person you ended up with," before showing photos of Pattinson who played the male lead, Edward Cullen in the franchise.
Later, she went on to share photos of her engagement with Lautner - showing whom she ended up with. "I think it’s time to come clean…," she captioned the post.
Celebs took to the comments section to react including Lautner.
The 30-year-old actor, who played Jacob Black in the franchise, commented "Bout time I won something." Actor Patrick Schwarzenegger shared a red heart and laughing emojis. Blogger Lauren Scruggs wrote, "hahahaha you win."
Lautner took to Instagram in November last year, to flaunt the engagement ring.
"Cannot wait to spend forever with you @taydome You love me unconditionally," he captioned the post. "You don’t put up with my _ . You calm me when I’m anxious. You make me laugh way too much. You make every single day spent with you so special."
"And most importantly, you make me a better person," he added. "I can’t thank you enough for what you’ve brought to my life. I love you forever."
The actor also shared some more photos, revealing the setup of his engagement. The photos featured a romantic proposal including candles, bouquets of red roses, and flower petals sprinkled on the floor.
The first "Twilight" movie was dropped in 2008. The success of the movie led to the second installment, "The Twilight Saga: New Moon," which was released the following year and starred Lautner in a more prominent role. He once again reprised his character for 2010's "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse."
The final movie, "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn" was released in two parts - one in 2011 and the second in 2012. Since then, the actor worked on several projects including "Tracers," "The Ridiculous 6," "Run the Tide" and "Scream Queens."
The 30-year-old actor was a regular on the "Cuckoo" TV series from 2014 to 2018, and his most recent movie was "Home Team," which was dropped earlier this year.
Pattinson, on the other hand, was last seen in the titular role in the DC movie, "The Batman," released in March, and will be next seen in the movie "Mickey7."
